We are #bettertogether

At PAILOT, everything revolves around further development and growth: we grow with our customers and our customers grow with us. But that's not the only way we are #bettertogether. Get to know PAILOT GmbH as an employer and find out more about our work.

May we introduce ourselves?

Over 9 years of pioneering work in production culminated in PAILOT

As anacision GmbH, we have seen and experienced a lot in over 100 AI projects in production. We quickly realized that the optimal planning and control of the store floor is still a fundamental problem and is often simply accepted. Because we did not want to accept this problem, but wanted to solve it, we took the step at the end of 2023 to spin off our rapidly and successfully growing product division as PAILOT GmbH in order to grow and develop even more strongly and in a more targeted manner. Winning the Siemens Industrial AI Award in 2025 confirmed once again that we had made the right decision.

A team of over
17 smart employees

We are young, dynamic, interdisciplinary and have a wealth of experience in our team. In addition to mathematics, computer science and industrial engineering, we also specialize in mechanical engineering and physics.

Honored by Siemens with the Industrial AI Award 2025

From over 60 applications from start-ups from all over Europe, a neutral, international jury decided that our solution is a trailblazer for the industry of tomorrow.

Manageable team, proper expertise

80% of our employees have an AI background, and our team has over 100 person-years of experience with AI.

Start-up in a solid financial situation

The strong financial backing of our investor and customer STARTEAM gives us plenty of scope for the further development of our product.

What sets us apart

Our motto? Standing still is a step backwards

We have developed an AI-based APS that supports manufacturing companies in making their planning simpler, more transparent and more efficient. We use smart solutions and state-of-the-art technologies. At the same time, we have created a working environment that emphasizes team spirit, initiative and continuous learning. True to the motto "standing still is a step backwards", our employees are constantly challenged and encouraged to constantly improve both our APS solution and our team.

Are you in?

Working together to benefit from each other

Our goal is very clear: PAILOT is and will remain the pioneer when it comes to AI-based detailed scheduling for manufacturing companies. In order to continue to live up to this claim, we are looking for committed employees who share our vision and want to grow with us. Working for PAILOT is not just about developing an APS. We are looking for people who are motivated to think outside the box and expand their own horizons.

Growing together

We are looking for growth

Our team is young, dynamic and always on the lookout for colleagues who want to grow with us and with whom we can grow. We look forward to getting to know you.
