Live display for full transparency

The key to success: Full transparency from ERP to the shop floor

PAILOT makes production progress transparent in real time and adjusts plans precisely and in real time. This allows planners to always keep an eye on future resource utilization and adherence to delivery deadlines. Capacity bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts can be resolved early and proactively. The resulting transparency between the shop floor and ERP supports quick, holistic decision-making and improves your production KPIs.

Modular for full flexibility

Powerful AI algorithm - Easy integration thanks to the cloud

At the heart of PAILOT is a powerful AI-based algorithm that we run for you in the cloud. This is complemented by modules for easy integration and interaction.

PAILOT Engine

PAILOT Engine is the engine of our solution. It uses advanced AI algorithms to optimize your production processes and identify bottlenecks in real time. This module has a REST API and handles automatic detailed scheduling . It ensures that your resources are used optimally.

PAILOT Bridge

PAILOT Bridge connects your existing systems – such as ERP and MES – with the PAILOT Engine. It ensures seamless data integration and ensures that all relevant information is transferred in real time without having to change existing systems.

PAILOT Cockpit

The PAILOT Cockpit visualizes the data and results of the PAILOT Engine in real time, enabling you to make decisions based on precise and up-to-date information. This allows you to maintain control over your production processes and respond quickly to changes.

How to get started with PAILOT

In the first step, we take the time to get to know your production and your situation. We want to understand your goals and the challenges you face in your production. Together, we will examine whether there is a business case and whether our solution can help you achieve these goals. If necessary, we will conduct a proof of value, in which we examine the feasibility and added value based on your data. This is a short, practical test that delivers valuable insights in just two days.

Any questions?

Down arrow
From which production size and structure is PAILOT worthwhile for a company?

PAILOT is suitable for small and medium-sized companies as well as for large, complex plants. Our customers' productions range from 7 machines to 200 machines and 600 employees in production. PAILOT is particularly suitable for discrete manufacturing with a shop floor or flowshop setup, especially with complex multi-stage production, personnel skills and set-up processes. Our system is less suitable for high-volume production or pure line production.

Down arrow
How much time elapses between the order and the first PAILOT-generated detailed schedule?

A detailed schedule can be created within a few days, assuming the data is transferred in the previously defined format. The go-live project is completed within 6 months so that PAILOT is fully integrated into the systems and processes and offers full added value.

Down arrow
For which industries does PAILOT offer added value in production?

PAILOT offers added value for all manufacturing companies with discrete production, but especially for companies in the electronics and metal processing sectors.

Down arrow
What price models does PAILOT offer?

PAILOT works as a software-as-a-service product with an annual rental fee. The costs are based on the number of machines to be planned. All updates are included in the fee and are provided continuously, so that there are no interruptions in use or time-consuming update processes for you. We also offer a performance-based pricing model on request.

Down arrow
Does a company have to use all modules of the PAILOT Suite?

No, that's not necessary. Our engine, the heart of the system, can be flexibly combined with cockpit and / or adapter.

Down arrow
Does PAILOT also offer on-site service and advice?

Yes, every implementation project begins with an on-site kickoff workshop. This includes a factory tour to gain a deep understanding of your production and existing planning processes. It's important for us to not only establish the technical foundation, but also get to know the people behind the processes. This lays the foundation for a trusting and collaborative partnership. If appropriate for the project, we will visit you for additional on-site appointments. However, the majority of our collaboration takes place remotely.

Down arrow
Is it possible to test PAILOT before a final, binding implementation?

Yes, we offer a 30-day trial. If you're not satisfied with PAILOT, you can cancel monthly within the first year. It's also possible to conduct a Proof of Value (PoV). Our cloud solution allows for this to be done within a few days.

Down arrow
What technical requirements must a company have in order to be able to implement PAILOT without any problems?

Your company should have ERP and PDA (production data acquisition). An MES system is often helpful. PAILOT also uses data on delivery dates, work schedules, and machine and personnel availability. If setup optimization is desired, setup times should also be available. PAILOT runs in the cloud and is compatible with any IT setup (hardware and software). Implementation often begins with existing data, while additional data sources are developed by the customer in parallel. We would be happy to advise you on which data can be collected and how.

Down arrow
How does PAILOT ensure that the detailed planning software is always up to date?

As a cloud-based system, PAILOT is continuously updated. This is done while the system is running, so there are no interruptions. Every new function is automatically made available to all customers.
