We are looking for a (Senior) Full Stack Developer to join our fully remote team and help build a powerful Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) product. In your role, you will design and develop robust backend APIs using Python and FastAPI. You will deal with complex technical logic from the APS area - from efficient scheduling and optimization to integration into existing production systems. The APIs are connected to an Angular-based frontend. You will work closely with product and design teams to create a well thought-out and maintainable user experience.
As a small startup, we value versatility and initiative. In addition to your main tasks, you can also contribute in the areas of DevOps, performance optimization and strategic product development. Although we work remotely from Germany and Spain, we meet in person several times a year to strengthen the team spirit and further develop our common vision.

What we are looking for
- Backend development with Python - Profound experience in the design of scalable backend architectures and in the implementation of complex business logic. Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs and clean software design principles.
- Frontend development with Angular & TypeScript - experience in building modern, scalable frontends with a focus on reusability, responsiveness and maintainability.
- Cross-team collaboration - Close collaboration with developers and designers to coordinate API design and UI/UX.
- Test know-how - Building and developing automated test suites and integrating them into CI/CD workflows.Security understanding - Good knowledge of authentication, access control, encryption and cloud security.
Bonus points
- Industry knowledge in manufacturing or APS - understanding of manufacturing processes or experience with APS/ERP/MES systems (or similar applications).
- CI/CD experience - practice in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, e.g. with GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of German - a plus, but not a must.
