Introduction to the PAILOT product world: PAILOT Engine
Our first module, the PAILOT Engine, forms the heart of our technology. Under the hood of this engine are powerful genetic algorithms that can optimize even the most complicated production scenarios in a matter of seconds. From multi-stage production processes to personnel availability and set-up procedures - no challenge is too great for our intelligent engine. And the best thing about it? The calculations are performed in the cloud, which means that the engine is always available and has an impressive calculation speed thanks to automatic scaling of the computing power.
With our standardized interface (HTTP REST), the engine can be easily integrated as a microservice into your existing systems such as ERP, MES and BDE. And for those who don't want to develop their own microservice, our bridge offers a way to introduce PAILOT without any IT resources. But more on this in the next post...
