Our Cockpit offers a user-friendly and clear graphical interface to display the production plans generated by the PAILOT Engine at a glance. The best part? It's web-based, so you can access it from anywhere and on any device - be it your desktop, your cell phone, your tablet or even directly at the machine via an HMI.
Here, order data is displayed clearly and intuitively in the form of production and capacity plans as well as worklists. You gain an insight into the utilization of individual machines and personnel planning.
But the intelligent cockpit offers more than just a simple display of plans. This is where planning and reality meet. You can react to short-term disruptions, staff absences or changes to delivery dates with ease. A quick entry in the cockpit is all it takes to generate a new plan that takes these aspects into account at the touch of a button. As soon as you are satisfied with a plan, you can release it and use it wherever it is needed.
With the Cockpit, decisions no longer have to be based on gut feeling. You can answer questions such as "What does it mean for the other orders if I move this urgent order forward?" using data-based simulations and calculated KPIs.
